Sailing for '08 - Mark your Calendars!

Take control of the main sheet as you maneuver your boat around the harbor! Join the Downtown Sailing Center as you learn the various parts of the boat and master the techniques of becoming a successful sailor. The DSC is equipped with fully accessible restrooms and docks, and the access dinghies are accessible for those who utilize wheelchairs. Our staff will assist you while transferring, and the DSC has a hoyer lift if needed (please bring your own sling). You are welcome to bring a sailing assistant free of charge, or we can pair you up with one of our staff. Returning sailors are welcome and new sailors are encouraged to attend. No previous sailing experience is required. Session dates are all Monday nights from 5-7 p.m. Participants must meet at the Downtown Sailing Center. Fee: $75 (includes use of DSC equipment and staff)
