FAQ's League Industries Program
1. What do you need from me in order to send out my mailing?
We’ll need your address database, your mail pieces or the electronic files (we’ll be pleased to produce it for you), and the postage fees.
2. How long will it take to process my mail?
The length of time depends upon the volume of your mail and the services you require. We’ll provide you a personalized production schedule that relates to your mail batch specifications.
3. Is there a minimum number of pieces required for me to get reduced postage for my mailing?
Yes, depending on the class of mail you’ll need either 200 or 500 pieces.
4. How can I get the lowest possible postage rates?
Allow us to process your address database into automated bar-coded addresses.
5. How much does it cost to set up a bulk mail account?
The U.S. Post Office assesses a $150 application fee along with an annual fee of $150 for each class of mail. You may elect to use our indicia for a small usage fee applied to each mailing.
6. How much will a bulk mailing cost in postage fees?
Postage fees are dependent on the size, weight and volume of pieces to each zip code destination within your database. Once we receive your mail pieces and database we’ll provide you a detailed estimate of your postage costs.
1. Is there a minimum number of copies required?
Yes we do have a minimum because we are not equipped as a self-service copy center. We require 100 copies for black & white and 25 copies for color.
2. Can you make good quality color copies?
Yes, we are able to produce high-resolution four-color copies.
3. I don’t have an original to give you. Can you make copies from my electronic file?
Yes, we actually prefer to generate a first edition direct from your file to achieve the highest quality image.
