Strategic Priority 1
Develop and optimize a concept of rehabilitative care through continuum of services
To achieve this priority The League will:
- Expand ways to integrate services and provide a continuum of care through existing programs, additional programs, and specific service combinations with a quarterly review of progress
- Develop upon intake and maintain a participant-centered and collaborative Individual Serice Plan for each participant
- Develop and implement a comprehensive system to measure outcomes and performance by 9/05
- Obtain Commission on Accreditation Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) certification by calendar year end 2006
- Implement a professional development plan for all League employees by 7/06

Increase the awareness of League Programs
To achieve this priority The League will:
- Develop marketing plans for each program by 9/05
- Implement Programmatic Marketing Initiatives by 1/06
- Monitor and modify plans quarterly

Achieve efficient and effective operations
To achieve this priority The League will:
- Develop a Performance Measurement Management System by 7/06
- Implement a Performance Measurement Management System by 10/06

Create an operational endowment
To achieve this priority The League will:
- Increase the planned giving program to support an endowment with a semi-annual review of progress
- Continue identifying and cultivating potential donors for endowment funds with an annual review of progress

Increase the utilization and revenue base of League Programs
To achieve this priority The League will:
- Study each program's revenue base and capacity/utilizaton including their specific reimbursement rates and mixes by 7/06
- Develop Program Revenue and Utilization Plans where appropriate
- Monitor and modify the Program Revenue and Utilization Plans quarterly
