Bill Morgan graduated from Binghamton University with a BA in Psychology in May 1999. While attending high school and college he worked six summers for Easter Seals Camp Merry Heart in Northern NJ as a Counselor, Activity Leader and Program Director. After graduating from Binghamton, Bill worked for Enable in Syracuse, NY assisting people with disabilities find and retain competitive employment. He left Syracuse for Chestertown, Maryland in May 2001, to work as the Assistant Director of Easter Seals Camp Fairlee Manor where he later became the director. In November 2004, Bill left Easter Seals to become a Program Coordinator at Kent Center, Inc. He is pleased to be joining The League as its Camping & Therapeutic Recreation program as it continues to grow.
Kathy Blumke holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. She has volunteered her time at several recreational and rehabilitative facilities in Michigan as well as Special Olympics Michigan and the Michigan Senior Olympics. She graduated from CMU in August 2003 after completing her internship at Camp Greentop. She was hired full-time as a Program Specialist and in 2005 became the Assistant Director. Kathy is also recognized by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Kathy also sits on the American Camp Association, Chesapeake Board of Directors.

Tyeisha. Jones comes to The League with over eight years of experience in case management from service coordination agencies in the Baltimore area. Most recently, Jones worked as a service coordinator for Service Coordination Inc. in Forrest Hill. While there, she trained new staff and provided case management to approximately 50 individuals with disabilities. This work included assisting with vocational, social, residential and funding resources. Prior to working with Service Coordination, Jones worked as a vocational case manager for the ARC of Baltimore where she provided counseling and case management to adults with developmental disabilities. Educated locally, she earned both her Graduate and Undergraduate degrees from Coppin State University. Jones holds a BS in Applied Psychology and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Emily graduated in May of 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Murray State University after completing her internship at The League. Emily began working for The League’s Camping & Therapeutic Recreation in the summer of 2002 when she was a cabin counselor, she continued to work at Camp Greentop for the next 3 summers as a cabin leader, program leader, and program coordinator. Emily began working full time in September of 2005 as a Program Specialist. Emily is also recognized by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

Jaime Marchese graduated in 2006 from William Paterson University in NJ with a BA in Special Education along with 2 teaching certifications in the states of NJ and MD. While at school, Jamie volunteered with Special Olympics and in the past year taught Middle School in Baltimore at a level 5 non- public school for emotional and behavior disturbances. She worked as an administrator and a Unit Leader at Camp Greentop for the past 2 summers, and recently she worked as the Participant Services Coordinator with an emphasis in Behavior Management.

Mastrillo graduated from Elon University with a BA in Human Services in May, 2006. During her time at Elon University, Mastrillo lived and worked with individuals interested in community services. She volunteered her time to many organizations dedicated to assisting children including the Boys and Girl's Club and Special Olympics. While working for Victory Junction Gang Camp, a program for children with chronic and terminal illnesses, Mastrillo developed a passion for working with with children. Before starting at The League, Mastrillo worked as a teacher for the Goddard School in Columbia, Maryland. .
