Summer 2007 Newsletter
For the past 70 years Camp Greentop has been providing a traditional camp experience to children and adults with a wide variety of disabilities. Through our various programs we look at what participants can do. Our caring and talented staff has spent the last 70 years enabling campers to travel, camp, hike, canoe and most of all form friendships that have lasted a lifetime! While you may not be a camp staff for this summer, I hope that you will be able to visit us during our 70th Anniversary Celebration or for Visitors Day (more information is below).
70th Anniversary Celebration! This summer Camp Greentop is celebrating 70 years of fun, recreation and friendship. We will be having an anniversary event on Sunday, July 22 nd from 11am to 2pm . We would love for you to join us! The day will include reminiscing with old camp friends, a “walk down memory lane” picture display and a camp wide BBQ. You do not want to miss this day. Rather The League's Camping & Therapeutic Recreation offers a continuum of services including Autism Services, Weekend Respite, Assisted Travel and other community recreation events.
