A-low impact aerobics class offering a complete cardiovascular workout. We will tone muscle groups and end with and intense 15 minute ab workout. Intended for all levels of fitness. Instructor: Linda Kiah-Tisdale
A non-impact intense 60 minute workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance of participants. The class is intended for people of all levels of fitness. Be sure to inform the instructor of any medical concerns. Come on and have a healthy happy hour experience. Instructor: Gail Williams-Glasser
Designed for people who wish to increase muscle tone, flexibility and core strength using a combination of exercises for arthritis and other limitations. This class will also increase range of motion and reduce chronic pain. Instructor: Judy Mayberry
The complete water workout! Builds muscle, increases aerobic fitness, improves flexibility and helps control weight. No swimming skills are necessary to attend this class. Instructor: Regina Pate
This program is intended for people who have arthritis limitations and want to increase muscle mass, balance and core strength using a combination of exercises. This class will also include nutritional information and land exercises. Insturctor: Paula Chaney
This is a high intensity workout. Participants use the cardiovascular machines for 45-60 minutes. The second part of the class is dedicated to strength training that includes the use of calisthenics, circuits, and drills. The class is intended for many levels of fitness ability. Please discuss fitness objectives with the instructor before class. Body measurements are taken at regular intervals. Be ready for a tough workout! Instructor: Gail Williams-Glasser
Intense workout for the muscle groups: legs, gluts & abs. This class includes the use of hand weights & other equipment. Participants will get great benefits of muscular strength and endurance. Instructor: Paula Chaney
An intense workout that utilizes your entire body. Participants will execute combo moves via punches and kicks. Great workout to burn major calories. Instructor: Lynette Burrell
A water aerobics class that combines yoga based exercises that will improve body awareness and breathing techniques. The class consists of 10 minutes of breathing and stretching and 50 minutes of non-impact water movements. Participants use pulse rate monitoring to gauge fitness levels. Intended for all fitness levels. Instructor: Gail Williams-Glasser
This system of exercise combines yoga based mental relaxation, breathing, and body flexibility with precise exercises designed to improve strength and endurance. Participants must integrate control, breath, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness. This method focuses on the development of a stronger body center (abdominal and postural muscles). It is a workout! Bring extra towels! Instructor: Gail Williams-Glasser
Intervals of basic step aerobics are combined with low impact floor aerobics. The class also involves theuse of hand-weights, exercise bands and other equipment for strength training. Aerobics is 30 minutes and 30 minutes is dedicated to strength training. You will work up a good sweat and tone your body. Instructor: Gail Williams-Glasser
While cardiovascular exercise is a great way of burning fat, adding a little strength training to your workouts will earn you extra calories every dat. Come out and see how PUMPED UP YOU CAN GET! Bring and towel and mat. This class is for all fitness levels. Insturctor: Gail Williams-Glasser
