Our fitness instructors are Therapeutic Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers certified by a national accrediting body and are available to work with individuals on a one-to-one basis in the fitness center. Whether you need additional assistance while exercising, have a special therapeutic workout or your goal is to build muscle while defining your physique, our staff can design a unique program or work you, your family and your physician/therapist.
Certified by the Arthritis Foundation or other governing bodies, our therapeutic aqua trainers are available for anyone who needs or would like to have one-on-one assistance or instructions while therapeutically exercising in the water. Trainers will work with you, your family and your physician/therapist.
