THE WELLNESS CENTER AT THE LEAGUE

Welcome to The Wellness Center at The League. Our goal is to provide you with a multifaceted exercise and rehabilitation facility. We are totally accessible and staffed with educated, caring and empowered people who want to assist you in meeting your exercise and rehabilitation needs. Our fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and dedicated personal trainers, giving you the tools you need to achieve total wellness.

*Attention Members: During the month of June, 2007, The Wellness Center will open on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. instead of its regular 8:00 a.m. hours. During this time, these new hours will be evaluated based on participation. These new hours apply to The Wellness Center only. All Aquatic Center hours will remain the same.

The Wellness Center has a variety of memberships, classes and services. Rehabilitative services are also available and are provided by Good Samaritan Hospital Rehabilitation Services. We are prepared to assist workman compensation clients, case managers and can package a variety of services to meet your unique therapeutic needs.

There are many advantages to having a membership at The Wellness Center. The cost of classes and services are more affordable than for-profit health clubs. Members receive discounts for rentals, have unlimited use of the facilities, receive guest passes and more!
