ASL Autism Support Counselor (female requested) 

We are in search of a female Support Counselor to work with a female youth with Autism in her home in Towson area. She mainly communicates using sign language. This position is responsible for implementing the assigned participant treatment plan, working with the participant and their family to improve socialization, self-help and communication skills. The Support Counselor will work one on one with assigned participant in the participant’s home and eventually transitioning to work in community settings.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Youth Autism Services - Part Time

The Direct Support Professional position in our Youth Autism Program is responsible for implementing the assigned participant(s) treatment plan, working with our participants and their families to improve socialization, self-help and communication skills. The Support Staff will work with assigned participant(s) in the community and in the participant’s home.

Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will support the Human Resources team; main responsibilities are maintaining employee data in database, recruitment support, updating staff training sites, applicant screening, assisting with onboarding of new employees and organizing employee appreciation activities. This position will ensure accurate and timely entry of employee information in our database, training software and be responsible for maintaining personnel files as required by company policy and government regulation.

Personal Support Counselor - Part Time

We are in search of caring, compassionate people to support people with disabilities in their pursuit of independence. Our Personal Supports Program supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. The Personal Support Counselor works one on one with an assigned participant and helps them work toward the goals in their Plan of Care. You will work with your participant and their family to help them improve socialization, self-help and communication skills. You will then document your participant's progress in an easy to use app on your phone or other device.

Program Assistant

The Program Assistant will primarily provide clerical support to all DDA funded departments under the supervision of the Person Centered Planning Manager. The primary duties are data entry, attendance, billing and other day-to-day functions to support the operation of the DDA funded programs. This position will start at part time 25-30 hrs. per week with the potential to grow to full time. Starting pay is $18-19 per hour.
