All classes run in 8-week sessions with a make-up week scheduled at the end of the block. A mini-session closes the class offerings for the year and is adjusted for price. Classes will not be made up unless the instructor or The League has to cancel class. Please see the Wellness Center desk to learn more about the classes that are available.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AM JAM
This is the class for those who want to JAM first thing in the morning. This is a full, active, one-hour aquatic cardio class. We use floats and constantly move. Leave refreshed and ready to start your weekend. All fitness levels are welcome. Participants are requested to use water shoes.

AM Water Aerobics
A low- to moderate- intensity water workout that improves flexibility, range of motion, and aids in weight loss.
Instructor: Linda Tisdale
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 6:30am-7:30am
Aqua Arthritis Plus
Designed for people with arthritis and other movement limitations. This class, given in our therapeutic heated pool, aims to increase flexibility & range of motion and reduce chronic pain.

Times:12pm-1pm
Aqua Happy Hour
A non-impact intense 60 minute workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance of participants. The class is intended for people of all levels of fitness. Be sure to inform the instructor of any medical concerns.

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

PM Water Aerobics
A non-impact intense water workout that will improve muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness. Let's get fit in the water!

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to allow adequate time for scanning in, making any necessary payments, and changing clothes.

Please re-register at the beginning of each 8-week session. If you are not registered for a class, your name will not be called on the class roster at the beginning of each class. This means that if there is a cancellation, we have no way in which to notify you.
