
All classes run in 8-week sessions with a make-up week scheduled at the end of the block. A mini-session closes the class offerings for the year and is adjusted for price. Classes will not be made up unless the instructor or The League has to cancel class. Please see the Wellness Center desk to learn more about the classes that are available.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AM Jam
Who needs coffee when you can participate in a full, active, and energized one-hour aquatic cardio class? Attendees are requested to wear water shoes and will use floats for constant movement. Leave refreshed and ready to start your weekend after your Saturday morning JAM!

Aqua Happy Hour
Forget the tequila and grab your swimsuit for a healthy happy hour filled with a non-impact intense workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance of participants. The class is intended for people of all levels of fitness; be sure to inform the instructor of any medical concerns.

The "T" Experience
Get warmed up for the day with a low- to moderate- intensity water workout that improves flexibility, range of motion, and aids in weight loss.

Aqua Zumba
Have a blast dancing the exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Fitness and energy levels will soar with this Aqua Zumba class; it's easy, effective, and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Aqua Arthritis Plus
Say goodbye to “Old Arthur” in a class designed for people with arthritis and other movement limitations. This class, set in our therapeutic heated pool, aims to increase flexibility and range of motion as well as reduce chronic pain for undeniable rejuvenation.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to allow adequate time for scanning in, making any necessary payments, and changing clothes.

Please re-register at the beginning of each 8-week session. If you are not registered for a class, your name will not be called on the class roster at the beginning of each class. This means that if there is a cancellation, we have no way in which to notify you.
