Data Entry Clerk (Temporary)

Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will assist with the accurate inputting of data from participant files into the iCareManager software. This is a temporary position that will run at least 90 days with flexible day shift hours (25-35 hrs/per week)

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from hard files, word documents and other data formats into iCareManager accurately and efficiently.

  • Inform Systems Administrator of any problems with entering data into the system.

  • Inform your supervisor along with the department Manager/Director of any missing information that is required to be entered in iCareManager.

  • Double check that data entered is correctly.

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Other duties assigned by Systems Administrator      

 

Educational and/or Experience:

  • Data entry experience.

  • Ability to type at least 45 wpm with 95% accuracy.   

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. (binder) and flip through folders and binders.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
