Data Entry Clerk (Temporary)
Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will assist with the accurate inputting of data from participant files into the iCareManager software. This is a temporary position that will run at least 90 days with flexible day shift hours (25-35 hrs/per week)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter data from hard files, word documents and other data formats into iCareManager accurately and efficiently.

Inform Systems Administrator of any problems with entering data into the system.

Inform your supervisor along with the department Manager/Director of any missing information that is required to be entered in iCareManager.

Double check that data entered is correctly.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties assigned by Systems Administrator
Educational and/or Experience:
-
Data entry experience.
-
Ability to type at least 45 wpm with 95% accuracy.

Ability to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. (binder) and flip through folders and binders.

Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
