Manager, CLUB1111

Summary:

CLUB1111 is a one of a kind night club for people with disabilities.  As CLUB1111 Manager you will be responsible for ensuring our clubgoers experience the time of their life while providing a safe and fun filled environment with lots of fun activities!  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to work every 2nd Saturday of the month

  • Decorating, and ordering supplies/food and operations of the monthly event. 

  • Promote CLUB1111 to the community, Colleges, Universities, and other agencies to secure volunteer participation.

  • Assigning volunteers to specific areas during CLUB1111

  • Coordinate assignments and duties with staff and security

  • Work Schedule: Part-Time, average 20-25 hrs per month with a stipend pay of $500 per month

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with people with disabilities and supervising staff.

  • Event services/volunteer coordinator experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Work well with others.

  • Maintain order and safe conditions.

  • Identify hazards and implement solutions.

  • Work well with minimal supervision.

  • Stand for extended periods, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination, effective verbal communication, fine motor skills
